During the visit, the officials were briefed on the latest status of construction activities and the progress of the plant’s steam units.
The Semnan Combined-Cycle Power Plant comprises two steam units, each with a capacity of 180 MW. Construction activities for these units are currently underway.
The power plant is located in Semnan Province, at Kilometer 5 of the Semnan–Damghan Highway. Saman Power Generation Company, a subsidiary of Pouya Energy Holding, is the project owner, while Niroo Consulting Engineers is serving as the project consultant.
