MD1’s Sayeh Roshan Team ranked first for the genre “Transformational Leadership” in MAPNA’s design thinking league.
The third round of the league featured teams from different MAPNA’s companies participating in four major genres, namely transformational leadership, creativity and innovation, learning leap, and economic impact. MD1 ranked first for the transformational leadership genre, offering a problem-based, professional presentation based on design thinking.
The product presented by Sayeh Roshan features an intelligent decision support platform for energy productivity, designed to support the processes of identification, analysis, and offering technical and economic proposals for energy productivity projects.
The platform takes project information and documents as inputs and provides an analysis of technical, financial, and executive data, identifies improvement opportunities, offers practical solutions, prioritize options, and supports feasibility studies in terms of technical and economic aspects to bring greater speed, transparency, and effectiveness into decision making processes for the company’s internal teams and clients.
The achievement was the result of endeavors, synergy, and collaboration among the members of Sayeh Roshan towards identification of a real-world business problem and offering innovative solutions. The team’s approach here focused on accurate identification of stakeholders, problem analysis, ideation, solution design, and presenting a prototype.
We wish to congratulate members of Sayeh Roshan, MD1 staff, and MAPNA’s entire family on this remarkable achievement.
We hope this achievement enables development of more innovative solutions, support for problem-based culture and design thinking in the company, as an effective step towards elevating MD1’s position in MAPNA.
